"Lovely family orientated restaurant right in the heart of the community. Darnall is well known for its many takeaways but a nice restaurant like this is what was needed. Iv got to admit the food was 10/10! Came out nice and hot and the taste was amazing. I ordered the Fahsah which was like a stew and curry style dish with onions and peppers and it came with a large nan and it was absolutely amazing. The wife ordered the chicken kebab which was decent aswell but the fahsah was the dish! The only thing that let the day down was the service unfortunately which was REALLY bad! We ordered 2 dishes and 1 came 15mins after the other. We also ordered a special salad which we didn't get at all and we had to repeatedly keep asking for cutlery and plates which was annoying. But other than that great place.i will defo be going back"

"I had the grill chicken with rice. When I walked in, the staff member came towards me and I told him about my spice tolerance and he was patient with me and helped me through his best ability to choose the right food from the menu. The food was delicious, the quantity was great for the price and you get a drink an a starter soup too. Seriously my first time eating Yemeni food and that was rememberable ."

The breakfast dishes are also amazing, especially if you like proper traditional flavours. And their mandi is top-notch, full of aroma and cooked just right. Overall, great food, great portions, and a place I’d happily recommend to anyone who loves Yemeni cuisine"

"Fantastic tasty food, very succulent lamb. I would definitely say their lamb zorbayan is one of the best flavourful dishes as well as the mandi. We tried quite a few options and they were all great. The whole family enjoyed and it was a very pleasant experience. The staff were very caring and delivered everything one after the other. Very courteous and polite staff. Yemeni food is the best. The atmosphere is brilliant for families. Would highly recommend."
